Healing yourself spiritually involves making sure your own sacredness is kept intact and has a place to grow within you.
If you allow others, society, or the media to take away your relationship with yourself and cause self-doubt, this can damage your innate intuitiveness. It can take away the instinct for happy living and the insights into life and relationships you have with people and animals. Your world may be distorted to the point where you might be unable to tell what is good for you and what is not.
Our spiritual being is very important to who we are. Tapping into our spirituality doesn’t require any belief at all, other than knowing you are a creator, creative, and constantly creating.
To heal this part of us is to go into that space of peace and calm every day, to allow the inner voice to speak—the inner voice that keeps us in our place of happiness and sees all things as a stepping stone to greater understanding. Going into this space can take many roads; your map is your feelings. Usually the inner voice is one we have all heard but not always recognized. Commit to memory how it feels when you are aware of hearing the voice within. It can be a sensation of peace in the mind where creative thinking takes place; it can be through meditation, or it might be that place where you are on autopilot. Being aware of when the stillness is within and the sense of peace and tranquility has emerged will help you find the inner voice.
The inner voice is that "knowing" that you have inside of what is right and wrong for you.
